Do anti-bacterial wipes really work?

According to a recently published article by The Telegraph, the effectiveness of antibacterial wipes could have been overstated. It was found that 20 minutes after the usage of antibacterial products, bacteria start to grow again. Scientists, such as Dr Clare Lyon, argue that anti-bacterial products may in fact be a waste of money, saying that other more basic cleaning products could be more effective.
