Pre-cut fruit causes multistate Salmonella Outbreak

The U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is investigating a multistate Salmonella outbreak which has been linked to 60 infections over the space of a month. The outbreak is linked to pre-cut fruit, and the FDA is warning consumers not to eat recalled fresh cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and fresh-cut medley products.
